Understanding how important online research is in this category, we put forth an amplification strategy that was targeted to this guest segment. Leveraging email, social media, and banner ads, as well as marketing specifically to Hispanics, we were able to drive sales efficiently.
We were able to achieve double the lifts in the business, and achieved better than expected click throughs with Hispanic guests. These learnings have informed strategies across the portfolio of businesses.
